Machining & Fabrication

Inter-Ion specializes in precision made parts and has over 25 years of experience. With our state of the art equipment, we have the capability to manufacture prototypes and achieve large production volumes. We can handle most materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel and a wide range of plastics.

Machining and Fabrication Capabilities

CNC Turning

Inter- Ion Has automatic Bar Fed Lathes which can automatically load bars up to 2.5″ in diameter. We can also load single parts up to a 16 diameter and 12 inch length.

CNC Milling

Our milling machines are 4th Axis Capable and our largest machine can handle up to 50″X x 20″Y x 25″Z of travel.

CNC Tube Bending

Inter-Ion can provide 3 Axis CNC Bending of tubes up to 3″ Diameter. We are not limited to only round profiles and bend other profiles such as square, rectangular etc.

Welding

Our welding capabilities include MIG, TIG and Arc Welding of Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel
