Machining & Fabrication

Inter-Ion specializes in precision machining and has over 25 years of machining experience. With our state of the art equipment, we have the capability to machine prototypes and achieve large production volumes. We can handle machining most materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel and a wide range of plastics.

Machining and Fabrication Capabilities

CNC Turning

Inter- Ion machining capabilities include automatic Bar Fed Lathes which can automatically load bars up to 2.5″ in diameter. We can also load single parts up to a 16 diameter and 12-inch length.

CNC Milling

Our milling machines are 4th Axis Capable, and our largest milling machine can handle machining up to 100″X x 35″Y x 26″Z.

CNC Tube Bending

Inter-Ion can provide 3 Axis CNC Tube bending up to 3″ Diameter. We are not limited to only round profiles and bend other profiles such as square, rectangular etc. Tubes can also be machined to customer requirements

Welding

Our machine shop has welding capabilities which include MIG, TIG and Arc Welding of Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel
